How to Order

*Before placing your order - Please double check to make sure that you order the proper color, fabric, embroidery design, size, etc. that you/your group needs. (Please measure according to the instructions on our sizing charts - Do Not order your "street size")

Ordering through the website:

Simply add all wanted items to the shopping cart and follow the on- screen directions. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment in the order it was received. You will receive a confirmation & receipt via e-mail upon successful order placement. 


*If you need an estimate on the total cost of an order to provide to your leadership/team - Place all desired items into the shopping cart. Next click the "My Cart" link. On this page enter your country, state and zip code then select the "get a quote" button. Choose which shipping option that you want & the cart will update with the total cost. If needed, you can do a screen print out by "right clicking" on your mouse and selecting "Print".


Accepted Payment Types:

We currently accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbol, PayPal, & e-check payments through PayPal.


Paying By E-Check:    (Not available during the holiday season)

When paying by E-Check you may place your order through the website by adding all wanted items to the shopping cart and following the on-screen directions. When you get to the payments page simply select "PayPal" as your method of payment. You will then be redirected to PayPal's site. Once there follow the instructions for paying via E-check. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email however, we will not process the order until payment has cleared through Paypal. 


*Please be aware that we will not begin or ship any order until payment has been received & has cleared our banking institution. (It generally takes checks  5-7 business days to complete this process.)


Cancelled orders:

Customer Cancellations:

A 15% cancellation/processing fee will be charged if a customer cancels an order prior to receipt/completion of the order. Orders for items that are personalized or have customizations that have been started by the company can not be cancelled.  - NO refund will be issued. 


Divine Cancellations:

A 15% cancellation/processing fee will be charged if Divine Inspiration has to cancel an order due to customer not providing correct information for us to fulfill & ship order. (Such as incorrect shipping address, no response to request for correct information, wrong email address, wrong phone number, incorrect measurements, etc.)
